Meet Mallory
Born and raised in Minnesota, Mallory caught the travel bug and lived abroad for a number of years after completing her studies. She taught English in France and Spain, and then headed to Rishikesh, India to get certified to teach yoga.
Mallory credits yoga for inspiring her to do a total life/self overhaul and create the best version of herself possible. In addition to building strength and releasing tension, yoga offers students the gifts of mindfulness and enhanced intuition. Mallory is passionate about sharing these empowering benefits with her students, whether that leads them to have more compassion toward themselves and others, heightened awareness, improved health and well-being, or a deeper connection to Spirit.
Outside of teaching and practicing yoga, Mallory works on her husband’s real estate team, The Dan Faulkner Group. She enjoys spending time in the sun, getting creative in the kitchen, and snuggling her two ragdoll kitties (Henry and Evie) and her Texan rescue pup (Dave). And, of course, traveling and exploring. Especially to beaches!
